Features & Improvements

Nothing visible went out this week, but I'm told there were various invisible background improvements that I couldn't begin to understand, let alone explain.

Bugfixes

If you toggled Fulfills Attnd. Hrs. or Fulfills Clinical Hrs. on an existing attendance meeting record, it was supposed to update the student's attendance & clinical hours. But it wasn't! We sent a developer down a mineshaft to find out what was wrong, and turns out the doohickey on the thingamajig was rusty or had gravel in it or something.

Videos and Focus Sessions

Next week's Focus Sessions will walk you through:

• Introduction to Admissions: A stroll down a path on which is found the basics about application settings, designing your application, processing applications, managing leads and so on. This will be most useful to Admissions and Admissions Admin users. It's scheduled for May 2nd, 2023, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
• Introduction to Running Courses: Perambulate with one of our CS reps through the basics about course settings, lessons, assignments, discussions, tests, grading, and so on. This will be most useful to Academic Admin, Faculty, and Teaching Assistant users. It's scheduled for May 4th, 2023, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
