May 15 to May 19, 2023 Release Notes

Features & Improvements

I swear, the developers are all working on new stuff. One guy is finishing up a doohickey, another has updates for the whirligig, and yet another has scratched together a brand-new thingamawhatsit. They all just need a few more 1's and 0's to round them out is all.

Bugfixes

After importing test questions from an .imscc file, HTML tags would appear on those questions in the test design view.

Filtering the Browse Resources tool in Library by Acquisition Source would "break the page", but not in a cool way, just in a boring "this dumb page just went blank" kinda way.

Videos and Focus Sessions

Focus Sessions on the way!

  • Introduction to Academics strolls through academic years, terms, programs, degrees, the course catalog, course instances, enrollment, and so on. This will be most useful to Registrar and Academic Admin users. It's scheduled for May 23rd, 2023, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
  • Introduction to Admissions moves in an orderly way through application settings, designing your application, processing applications, managing leads and so on. This will be most useful to Admissions and Admissions Admin users. It's scheduled for May 25th, 2023, 11:00 AM Pacific time.

Josh recycles some classic Populi IP like he's some kind of behemoth entertainment globocorp in this live-action remake of the Good Invoicing Practices video. (Fortunately, Release Notes never stoop so low as to just re-use old work.) Josh's team of rewriters (as he refers to himself) have him use phrases like "I'll tell you why", detail the path to MAXIMUM SUFFERING, and even throw in a "JOIN OUR DISCORD SERVER" for good measure.
