Features & Improvements

We released a ton of new features last week so we're gonna just coast on that this week.

Bugfixes

If you reposted a transaction, the amounts displayed would be, as we say in the industry, "incorrect", which is a technical term for "wrong". The underlying data was fine. And after the fix we pushed, the display is now fine, as well.

Fixed another display issue, this one on the Attendance chart in the Student Course Summary page, that the engineers and developers here called "wonky", which is a computer geek term for "unreadable gibberish". All good now, though.

Videos and Focus Sessions

The Focus Sessions next week will be...

• Introduction to Student Billing: Take a stroll through pending charges, invoices, transactions, payments/credits, tuition schedules, fees and so on. This will be most useful to Financial Admin and Student Billing users. It's scheduled for June 27th, 2023, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
• Introduction to the Degree Audit: Learn about programs, degree requirements, course groups, course mapping, exceptions, transcripts and so on. This will be most useful to Academic Admin and Registrar users. It's scheduled for June 29th, 2023, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
