Features & Improvements

The new Profile > Student > Schedule view gives you multiple angles on a student's weekly course schedule.

Applications with fees will now show a link to the receipt for admissions users and the associated transaction for financial users.

Added some checks to the aid disbursement process that look for changes in award or disbursement status. Now you won't be able to delete disbursements if they're included in a batch that's gone past Setup. Nor will you be able to advance a batch if any of the disbursements or refunds have a status other than Scheduled.

Bugfixes

The EFC field in aid applications wouldn't save if you entered "0" (but would if you entered "0.00").

Videos and Focus Sessions

Next week's Focus Sessions will be upon us before you know it!

• Introduction to Degree Audit is gonna sneak right up with a look at programs, degree requirements, course groups, course mapping, exceptions, transcripts and so on. This will be most useful to Academic Admin and Registrar users. It's scheduled for October 10th, 2023, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
• Introduction to Financial Aid is coming down the pike with a tutorial on financial aid settings, awards, packaging aid, disbursements, aid applications and so on. This will be most useful to Financial Aid and Financial Admin users. It's scheduled for October 12th, 2023, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
