How to clone an application form

If you'd like to create a new application form but you don't want to start from scratch, consider cloning an existing application form. Cloning allows you to make an exact copy of an existing application form and then proceed to modify it.

Step 1: Go to Admissions > Settings > Application Forms

The first thing you need to do is find the application that you'd like to duplicate. You can see the applications you have set up in Admissions > Settings > Application Forms.

Step 2: Click on the application form you'd like to clone

Which application form do you want to duplicate? Click on application form names to view detailed information about them. When you've found the one you want to duplicate, move on to Step 3.

Step 3: Click the Actions button, select "Clone this application form," and give your new application a name

There is an "Actions" button up and to the right on the application form page. When you click on that, you'll see an option to "Clone this application form." You can give your new application form a name. When you click Save, the application form you are currently viewing will be duplicated under the new name.

Step 4: Make changes to your new application form

Now that you have a clone of the previous application form, you can make changes and save them under your new application form. Feel free to add, remove or make changes to any of the fields.
