Step five: set up meal and room plans

Meal plans and room plans let you add boarding plans and charges to student accounts. They're simple to set up: just create a name, choose an account, and enter an amount. After creating these boarding plans...

• You can link room plans to student housing in Campus Life > Settings.
• You can add boarding plans to student accounts on both Profile > Financial > By Term and Profile > Campus Life.

Whether or not we imported data for you, you'll need to set up room and meal plans from scratch when you begin setup. Start by going to Billing > Settings > Meal Plans or Room Plans and clicking Add Plan. Read more about Meal and Room Plans.
