Features and improvements

Added the ability to add communication plans that are "Assigned By" other people. This effectively lets you change the "Sender" from yourself to the person you designate the plan as "Assigned By".

Added a "Student Gender" transcript variable.


Fixed some problems with email dropboxing.

Fixed some edge-case issues with course start/end dates not keeping in sync with term start/end dates.

The "Affects Standing" and "Affects FT Status" checkboxes on catalog courses weren't working. They're working now.

Mailing lists are now ordered alphabetically by last name, not first name (as they were for a long time for whatever reason...).

Fixed a problem that zapped student Exit Dates and Exit Reasons if you deleted and then re-added an inactive Student role.
