Bugfixes
Fixed a bug that assigned the same barcode to two different resource copies if you added them at the same time.
Fixed a bug that prevented you from saving course evaluation questions when composing a new eval.
Fixed some idiotic code that sent all file assignment submission notifications to the course faculty—but never to the student! Don't know how we missed this, but we did until a customer started pulling her hair out about it this week. Our apologies to anyone who's been frustrated with this in the past!
Tweaked the filter in the applications table to get better results when you select a Term.
