Changed TA permissions slightly: TA's, who are usually students, no longer have the ability to change their own profile pictures—unless, of course, you let everyone upload ID photos.
Added files, file data, media, and media encodings to the data backup available in Account.
Bugfixes
Fixed a bug that caused Library Staff to see a !_TRIPWIRE_! in place of the Library Patron's email address.
Fixed up some problems with exporting custom term statements in bulk, mostly having to do with how long it takes to assemble the exported file.
Fixed a bug that prevented graphics from exporting to PDF along with other data in the Analytics export.
Fixed a bug that showed the wrong timezone in the course changelog regarding lesson availability.
Discipline file info display was incomprehensible. It is now comprehensible.
