Features & Improvements

The thing about custom CSS on donation pages carrying through to the actual enter your payment details page is that it used to not to. But now it does!

The thing about using the API to export ID cards is that you used to not could do it. But now you can! Have a look at the API documentation here and here for details.

Bugfixes

Fixed a bug where exporting diplomas from the Data Slicer would only generate about 1/6 of the desired results.

The Bookstore shopping cart, if you clicked back to the Bookstore to add more items, would show an updated charge amount but would nonetheless charge the customer the original amount (from before the extra items were added).

Videos and Focus Sessions

Next week's Focus Sessions will introduce you to...

  • ...Student Billing: Let us tell you all about pending charges, invoices, transactions, payments/credits, tuition schedules, fees and so on. This will be most useful to Financial Admin and Student Billing users. It's scheduled for January 30th, 2024, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
  • ...Degree Audit: We'll be your guide through programs, degree requirements, course groups, course mapping, exceptions, transcripts and so on. This will be most useful to Academic Admin and Registrar users. It's scheduled for February 1st, 2024, 11:00 AM Pacific time.

Josh wants your students to pay their bills. Not because he gets a cut or anything like that. He just thinks our online payments features make it convenient for everyone, and the man just loves convenience. (This video replaces an older student-focused online payments flick.)
