As mentioned on The Populi Show last May, Print Layouts now come in a delicious new HTML flavor. The documentation is updated; have a look!

Alongside HTML layouts there are new layout types for Diplomas and student Schedules.

Application forms and regular forms now have discount codes available.

Admissions applications can now also check for plagiarism similarity.

Application Field automations can now be triggered based on particular application fields.

If you upload a new profile picture, the tiny little one up in the black bar will now update itself with greater alacrity than before.

If your school uses Super Terms, there's a new Faculty view under Academic Term when viewing a Super Term.

Bugfixes

Fixed a tiny error that kept scheduled building rooms from appearing on the facilities schedule.

Updated some CRA stuff so they would stop rejecting resident T4A's exported from Populi.

Videos and Focus Sessions

• Introduction to Financial Aid will have you shaking hands with financial aid settings, awards, packaging aid, disbursements, aid applications and so on. This will be most useful to Financial Aid and Financial Admin users. It's scheduled for February 6th, 2024, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
• Introduction to Populi will have you exchanging pleasantries with setting up your Populi account, logging in, adding new users, login approvals, roles, search, basic reporting, Populi's global settings and so on. This will be most useful to Populi Account Administrator and Academic Admin users. It's scheduled for February 8th, 2024, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
