You can now auto-embed URLs from Loom, a screen recording app.

To the list of users (Financial Admins, Financial Aid, and Student Billing) who can see the Financial Aid Disbursement, Financial Aid Refund, and Financial Aid Offered emails on the Activity Feed we added Financial Auditors.

Bugfixes

No bugs, no bugfixes! Rest assured, though, that if we find any, we'll snuff them out soon's possible.

Videos and Focus Sessions

Next week's Focus Sessions are coming up fast!

• Introduction to Running Courses: Walk through this session, then run your courses, learning about course settings, lessons, assignments, discussions, tests, grading, and so on. This will be most useful to Academic Admin, Faculty, and Teaching Assistant users. It's scheduled for February 20th, 2024, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
• Introduction to Billing: Get rolling on billing with this overview of pending charges, invoices, transactions, payments/credits, tuition schedules, fees and so on. This will be most useful to Financial Admin and Student Billing users. It's scheduled for February 22nd, 2024, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
