Transcript layouts now let you include the suffix on a faculty member's name. Sorry to release this just before Christmas; it's gonna make all your presents look like coal in comparison.

More news that'll overshadow your 12/25: the Data Slicer now lets you report on Learning Accommodations.

That setting that lets you have your donors cover the card processing fee? Populi Claus now lets you enable/disable it on individual donation pages.

That new camera you've been wanting and the fur coat for the wife that're under the tree? Yard sale material compared to this: if you change the points on a test with extra credit questions, we proportionally adjust the value of the extra credit questions.

Bugfixes

Bah humbug: if you copied/pasted the variables in, say, a form notification, those variables wouldn't actually work where you pasted them, even though they'd look like they would. Now they do, so you can just jingle all the way now.

What a dried-out fruitcake this was: automations listening for "Invoice Paid" weren't firing when they should've. But now they do, so you can now go wassailing along with Rudolf and Frosty and the rest of the gang.

Videos and Focus Sessions

As mentioned last week, Focus Sessions are taking a long Christmas break, but they'll be back in January, 2025! Here's what'll be on offer:

• Introduction to Populi: Ring in the New Year the right way with this look at setting up your Populi account, logging in, adding new users, login approvals, roles, search, basic reporting, Populi's global settings and so on. This will be most useful to Populi Account Administrator and Academic Admin users. It's scheduled for January 7th, 2025, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
• Introduction to Academics: Learn about this new thing called "academics" with a look at setting up academic years, terms, programs, degrees, the course catalog, course instances, enrollment, and so on. This will be most useful to Registrar and Academic Admin users. It's scheduled for January 9th, 2025, 11:00 AM Pacific time.

Honestly, if we're being honest, then we have to take a honest look at all the honestly amazing things we did this year—because, frankly, we've been embarrassing your Christmas presents not just this week, but ALL. YEAR. LONG.
