Features & Improvements

Happy New Year! We've gone and added a variable for Leave of Absence to HTML Transcript Layouts.

Not to outdo ourselves, we also added a variable for charge type subtotals for term financial statements.

Not wanting to hit the brakes on this roll we're on, we also added variables for enrollment and dependency status from aid applications to Financial Aid Offer layouts.

On a totally different note, the account filter condition on the Unpaid/Unapplied Deposits report will now display a search box for the account number when there are more than 200 account options to choose from.

Bugfixes

If a student was enrolled in a program that had since been retired, the Enrollment Verification report would display incorrect term credits totals for the hapless chap.

Focus Sessions coming up next week:

• Introduction to Admissions: Get acquainted with application settings, designing your application, processing applications, managing leads and so on. This will be most useful to Admissions and Admissions Admin users. It's scheduled for January 14th, 2025, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
• Introduction to Running Courses: Meet and greet with course settings, lessons, assignments, discussions, tests, grading, and so on. This will be most useful to Academic Admin, Faculty, and Teaching Assistant users. It's scheduled for January 16th, 2025, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
