Features & Improvements

Slow week for features. All we did was add an ISIR Imported At filter condition to the Aid Applications report. Big whoop, unless you really like filtering for when ISIRS were hoovered up into Populi, which, maybe you do?

Bugfixes

The image converter had a loading error which could possibly sometimes maybe cause background images for HTML print layouts to break. This wasn't a widespread issue, but no problem is too small to keep us from fixing it!

Sending large emails with 1000 recipients at a time was breaking other things, including something called the "Maximum Request Size". So we adjusted the email batch size down and now things are working.

Videos and Focus Sessions

Next week is another week. And this other week contains more Focus Sessions!

• Introduction to Degree Audit: This fan-favorite gets into degree requirements, course groups, course mapping, exceptions, transcripts and so on. This will be most useful to Academic Admin and Registrar users. It's scheduled for April 8th, 2025, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
• Introduction to Financial Aid: The one, the only, the classic financial aid session covers aid settings, awards, packaging aid, disbursements, aid applications and so on. This will be most useful to Financial Aid and Financial Admin users. It's scheduled for April 10th, 2025, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
