Bugfixes

Found a bug that prevented returning a bookstore item that was charged to a student account. Not knowing what else to do with it, we fixed it.

Fixed a bug with donations that made the work of splitting a donation among different funds an exercise in the most maddening futility.

The {!DEGREE_CUMULATIVE_UNITS_REQUIRED!}variable on enrollment agreements had a problem... that we fixed.
