    I registered in advance for this webinar but when I signed on, I could not get in because it said it was full. When is the next webinar and how can I make sure that this does not happen again.  I thought signing up in advance would ensure that I would be able to participate.

    Karen Lucas - I'm really sorry that happened. I'm not sure why some registered attendees couldn't join, but you weren't the only one. We'll look into what happened, and try to prevent that in the future. We already have another session scheduled that you can register for here.
