Features & Improvements

Added the last_isir_idfield to the getAidApplicationForStudentAidYearAPI call. Between that and the 200,000 other things we want to do, Populi is just about complete.

Bugfixes

Cloned applications wouldn't necessarily bring over all the fields. In a fit of spite, we proposed fixing it by just deleting Admissions altogether, but saner heads prevailed and we fixed the bug.

If you added degree requirement values with commas (e.g. 2,345), the numbers wouldn't save. After shouting calumnies at Academics for 20 straight minutes, we fixed the code that caused the bug.
