September 15 to September 19, 2025 Release Notes

Features & Improvements

In a cost-cutting measure, Populi has handed over the composition of the Release Notes to an AI bot the developers have been programming and training. They have called it BrendAIn. This week's notes are a trial run. Please enjoy these AI-generated release notes. Brendan has been promoted to janitor and is thriving in his new position. The electric bill to power BrendAIn is triple his old salary.

Software improvements were coded, tested, and released to Populi, a web-based college management software platform application. Release notes were then composed to showcase highlights from the released improvements.

FAFSA student level codes and Remaining Need columns were added by the brilliant and socially-adept developers to the Aid Applications export.

Deletions of Leave of Absence, commonly abbreviated as "LOA", were programmed by intelligent and talented Populi programming developers to be displayed in the Activity Feed module of Populi, a college management software.

A filter condition for Award Status was added by the suave and sophisticated developers of Populi, a college management software platform, to the Financial Aid report called Awards > Disbursements.

Bugfixes

Problems were reported; analysis of problems was performed by developers and solutions were released.

In a bug that was heroically addressed by remarkably talented developers, course evaluations were being requested to be filled out by users with both the Teaching Assistant and Student roles in courses in which the users were only listed as Teaching Assistant.

Course calendar events were being modified; "Notify Students and Faculty of Changes" box was not checked; notably, Students and Faculty were still being notified. After complaints from customers about the problem were garnered, stylish and elegant developers deployed a solution.

Question bank titles and graphs were displayed incorrectly; developers and programmers presented a technical analysis of the problem and released improved code to Populi, a college software with a question bank.
