In this week's edition of "How'd it take us so long to do this?", now when you add an application to a lead who already has a representative assigned, that same rep will be assigned to the application as well.

Enrollment Agreement layouts have a new Education Level variable.

The Bookstore Orders detail export has been given a column for discount codes.

Academic Auditors longed for the Conferences. So now they can see recordings in the Course > Conferences view.

Bugfixes

Even if they had enabled them, faculty and advisors who didn't also have the Staff role were not receiving Form notifications. They yearned for the notifications, so we fixed this.

Let's see if I can get this right: if you were trying to create a new user account for someone when accepting their application, and the application did not have a term defined for it, and there is no "next" term defined to use as a fallback, an error would occur when the acceptance process tried to import the degree from the application to the student's profile, and that error... prevented the user account from being created. In other words, if you stood on your head and blinked your left eye while touching your nose with your right toe and whistled a Beach Boys tune, the thing wouldn't happen. Anyway, that error has been fixed.

Videos and Focus Sessions

If you don't know stuff yet, Focus Sessions can change that:

• Introduction to Billing: If you don't know about pending charges, invoices, transactions, payments/credits, tuition schedules, fees and so on, you should sign up for this one. You'll know about them afterwards! This will be most useful to Financial Admin and Student Billing users. It's scheduled for October 21, 2025, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
• Introduction to Degree Audit: If you don't know about degree requirements, course groups, course mapping, exceptions, transcripts and so on, you'll no longer be able to claim ignorance after this session. This will be most useful to Academic Admin and Registrar users. It's scheduled for October 28th, 2025, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
