November 3 to November 14, 2025 Release Notes

Features & Improvements

Payment sponsors are people and organizations who are allowed to make payments on student accounts using their very own payment portal. This article tells you everything you need to know (about payment sponsors; no other topics are covered)!

Bugfixes

A bug with calendar subscriptions was "inflating" recurring events, which we then had to dutifully deflate.

There was a pesky Daylight Savings Time bug that would alter the dates on transcripts by one day. We really need to get rid of DST, but for now, we got rid of the bug.

Superterm end dates weren't recalculating when you deleted a subterm, but now they are.

Billing > Settings > Fees was showing 0.00 in the Max Amount column when nothing was entered in that field for per-course/credit fees. Misleading!

Made sure that all conferences that a student can't access aren't displayed in their calendar events. We took care of something similar recently, but this fix is more comprehensive I guess.

We'd given a certain Lesson notification the wrong name so people thought we'd gotten rid of it, but we hadn't... we'd just renamed it. Now we've un-renamed it.

If you tried adding fields to the Admissions > Funnel Report > Underlying Data export, you would have been out of luck unless you tried doing that after we fixed the bug.

Updating syllabus files would sometimes lose the stuff you wanted to update.
