The Campus view used to tell you that you couldn’t delete a campus with students or buildings attached. True enough, but not true enough: what it wouldn’t tell you is that you also had to remove any courses from that campus in order to delete it. We've enhanced the honesty of that notice with more FACTS.
If you like to find out if and when convenience fees were updated, those now show up in Account > Reporting > Changes.
Donation receipt templates have a new donation_payment_reference_number variable.
Bugfixes
We were all excited about payment sponsors until we found out that the payment portal we built for those benefactors was ignoring the Online payments may not exceed balance = No" setting when the student had a $0 balance. Now if you have that setting set to No, students with $0 balances will still have a Pay Now link. And now we're excited about payment sponsors again!
Reporting on localizations in Data Slicer would return students who not only didn't have that localization, but probably didn't even know that language. Stolen valor!
If you added a transfer institution and transfer courses, deleted those credits and institution, and then re-added them, the re-added courses would be counted as Retakes. More stolen valor!

The next thing you need to do is tune in to this introduction to setting up your Populi account, logging in, adding new users, login approvals, roles, search, basic reporting, Populi's global settings and so on. This will be most useful to Populi Account Administrator and Academic Admin users. It's scheduled for December 2nd, 2025, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
- Introduction to Academics: Life having fully returned to normal, you can concentrate on this look at academic years, terms, programs, degrees, the course catalog, course instances, enrollment and so on. This will be most useful to Registrar and Academic Admin users. It's scheduled for December 4th, 2025, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
