A few more things before Christmas:
As mentioned in this announcement, there's a new view in Account > Invoices/Payments called Current Usage. It gives you a current snapshot of your school's Populi usage in terms of items that affect your bill. Read the aforelinked announcement for full details.
Academics > Settings > Course Delivery Methods is now sortable.
The Course Delivery Method filter in Academics > Reporting > Enrollments now separates the values by active/inactive.
The new Admissions Letter layout type got some fresh variables for custom fields, student ID number, gender, and academic year.
One thing we forgot to mention with last week's notes: Direct/Indirect COA subcategories and Direct Costs Less Aid were also added as variables to the Aid Offer Letter layout.

Videos and Focus Sessions
No more Focus Sessions this year. The next one is on January 6, 2026. That's a whole year away! (Editor's update: that's a bit more than two weeks away.)
- Introduction to Financial Aid: Early next year you can learn about financial aid settings, awards, packaging aid, disbursements, aid applications and so on. This will be most useful to Financial Aid and Financial Admin users. It's scheduled for January 6th, 2026, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
- Introduction to Populi: It would be more poetical if this was the first Focus Session of the new year, but we'll have to settle for second. Learn about setting up your Populi account, logging in, adding new users, login approvals, roles, search, basic reporting, Populi's global settings and so on. This will be most useful to Populi Account Administrator and Academic Admin users. It's scheduled for January 8th, 2026, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
