March 9 to March 13, 2026 Release Notes

Features & Improvements

Regulation usually chokes innovation, but not this week. Look at how we made Populi even incredibly more incredible in response to some laws our customers told us about:

We can now export T2202s that are marked "Canceled".

In response to some law in California, we added a course add/drop date variable to enrollment agreements.

Bugfixes

The report in Donations > Campaigns had a filter that was feeling neglected and needed some attention. So it acted out and refused to show certain campaigns that fit the filter conditions.

For about 13 hours and 32 minutes (give or take), you couldn't view unlinked applications because of a vague "processing error". That brief window of time was brought to an end by a bugfix.

Unrelated, the ABHE report was also broken for a brief spell.

Found a page in Account > Webhooks that A) didn't observe Dark Mode and B) didn't observe text-wrapping. We upgraded it with these very basic functions.

Videos and Focus Sessions

Focus Sessions next week:

  • Introduction to Degree Audit: Drive the snakes of uncertainty out of your students' degree progress with this look at degree requirements, course groups, course mapping, exceptions, transcripts and so on. This will be most useful to Academic Admin and Registrar users. It's scheduled for St. Patrick's Day, 2026, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
  • Introduction to Financial Aid: A helpful session for a big topic. This one gets into financial aid settings, awards, packaging aid, disbursements, aid applications and so on. This will be most useful to Financial Aid and Financial Admin users. It's scheduled for March 19th, 2026, 11:00 AM Pacific time.

It's never too early to start thinking about course evaluations, and Josh is here to help you create them.
