Features & Improvements

Automations with the Student Course Enrollment Status Changed trigger can now get those to work with custom withdrawal statuses.

Went ahead and added the Description field to the Academics > Degrees export because someone asked us to (it was, admittedly, a small ask).

Grade Report layouts got a grade_numeric variable added just the other day.

Bugfixes

Our built-in IPEDS graduation rates report failed to include a combined Associate's and Bachelor's degree-seeking student cohort tally. Now it doth.

The People Importer had a little trouble matching custom field values that had special encoded HTML characters.

Videos and Focus Sessions

Daffodils are up, grape hyacinths are appearing, and Focus Sessions keep on coming:

• Introduction to Populi: Meet with a trainer and a small group of self-registered Populi users to hear about setting up your Populi account, logging in, adding new users, login approvals, roles, search, basic reporting, Populi's global settings and so on. This will be most useful to Populi Account Administrator and Academic Admin users. It's scheduled for March 24th, 2026, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
• Introduction to Academics: Turn on your computer's mic and camera so other Populi users can watch you learn about academic years, terms, programs, degrees, the course catalog, course instances, enrollment and so on. This will be most useful to Registrar and Academic Admin users. It's scheduled for March 26th, 2026, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
