March 23 to March 27, 2026 Release Notes

Features & Improvements

You can now bulk-upload ID Photos to existing profiles, up to 100 at a time, in Contacts > People using the new ID Photos button (under which we've also stuck the recently-released ID Photo Kiosk).

You can now email a checkout receipt for library resources when you check items out to a patron (this used to be only available in self-checkout).

The course setting for Auditors now lets you pick whether to let them fill out course evaluations.

You can now retire buildings. This is handy for when you do a really awesome controlled demolition of that Brutalist dorm building and don't want it mentioned in Populi any more.

The filter in the Payment Deadlines report has a new condition for Payment Plan Name.

Upgraded the address filters on the Donors report, which I guess were sub-par before yesterday.

API keys now come in two flavors—production and sandbox—that can be used depending on which kind of environment you're using them in.

System notification emails have a handy "Do not reply to this email" notice that some of you will likely ignore.

We've gone and added a Student has active program automation trigger.

Bugfixes

Found a weird super-technical one that affected communication plan emails that were scheduled before a domain name change to be sent after that domain change.

Lesson page re-ordering was pretty inefficient on the back-end, which could cause problems on the front-end, so we solved for both ends.

Emails and texts shown on the Activity Feed and marked as Private now exclude the recipient and only include role matches and the sender of the message. Previously, staff could see private emails (and recipients, including BCC) on the Activity Feed if they were also recipients.

Videos and Focus Sessions

Focus Sessions coming round the bend:
