When you create a new disbursement batch, you can now filter by your students' tags.

Stuck a Print button on Campus Life > Facilities Schedule. What's more, we made it work when we did that!

Added a variable for primary_email_address to ID card layouts. We also made sure this worked, too!

Bugfixes

You'd think that we'd be good enough at the Internet by now to not have been doing this, but up until this week, hyperlinked text would break in the middle of a word sometimes.

In Communications > Templates > Letter Templates, an oft-squished bug rattled back to life and A) wouldn't let you save the letter template without selecting a page layout and B) wouldn't populate the page layout drop-down so you could pick one and save your dang letter template.

Before Summer fully kicks in and you check out, maybe consider attending a Focus Session:

• Introduction to Billing: Learn how to get your school paid with this look at pending charges, invoices, transactions, payments/credits, tuition schedules, fees and so on. This will be most useful to Financial Admin and Student Billing users. It's scheduled for May 26th, 2026, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
• Introduction to Degree Audit: Learn how, um, audit degrees with this look at degree requirements, course groups, course mapping, exceptions, transcripts and so on. This will be most useful to Academic Admin and Registrar users. It's scheduled for May 28th, 2026, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
