October 19 to October 23, 2026 Release Notes

Features & Improvements

Oh happy day! You can now filter for inactive admissions representatives in the Summary view of the Leads report.

Bugfixes

Adding an event in a course calendar presented you with a line of text in the Repeat setting that seems to have been composed by Yoda, to-wit: .

Data Slicer was returning students whose Country is U.S. even when you were filtering only for students whose country AIN'T U.S.

The Student Loan Clearinghouse > Degree Verify report decided to not work when you plugged in multiple programs.

If you used Common Cartridge to transfer content from one course to another, the importer would read multi-page lessons as multiple lessons. What a joker.

Students on Leave of Absence were having their Program Enrollment Status Effective Date replaced by their LOA start date, which no one wanted.

Some "incorrect enums" in our 27-28 ISIRs definitions led to some, shall we say, "parsing errors". We put the correct enums (I don't know what those are... maybe it's short for something?) in there and everything is just great now.

Videos and Focus Sessions

Focus Sessions for the final week of October:

  • Introduction to Degree Audit: This one's all about degree requirements, course groups, course mapping, exceptions, transcripts and so on. This will be most useful to Academic Admin and Registrar users. It's scheduled for October 27th, 2026, 11:00 AM Pacific time.
  • Introduction to Financial Aid: And this one's a little different, getting into financial aid settings, awards, packaging aid, disbursements, aid applications and so on. This will be most useful to Financial Aid and Financial Admin users. It's scheduled for October 29th, 2026, 11:00 AM Pacific time.

Populi is like a great big sailing ship of yore, and Josh wants students to get their sea legs as they patrol its decks on the heaving salt seas. What I mean to say is, this video is an Intro to Populi for Students.
