Set Contact records "Profiles to Private" in Bulk

Currently when adjusting the Security settings, only the email and phone number are set to private. It would be great to be able to set multiple contacts in a list in the Data Slicer to "Private" instead of individually setting them to Private. Our company does bulk imports of records and only the email and phone number is locked. We would like to ensure that all fields in the student contact records are set to private upon import or creating the student record not just the email and phone field.
