Add "Hide field if ..." in the conditional field conditions for applications

We offer a Bible Studies Certificate program that does not require the same documentation for admission as regular undergrad candidates. It would be helpful, for instance, to be able to turn off a certain field if Certificate is chosen rather than having to enter multiple conditions to show it if all the other undergraduate program options are chosen.
