Transcript evaluation update

Is there an option in Populi that allows courses that you have evaluated to show that they have been evaluated and how they were evaluated.  For example, once English Comp I from XYZ University is evaluated as equivalent it always shows up equivalent for future students. On a future student, the English Comp I fromm XYZ University is entered and the system applies the equivalent course. This eliminates the course being evaluated every time that it comes in. I've used a couple of SIS and this is standard for most.
