There seems to be a problem with the citizenship category as it related to CDN T4A`s. We have a student who`s citizenship is South Korean and he is a resident of Canada. On Populi he citizen was listed as Korean with the resident alien box checked. The system is producing a T4ANR which is wrong, it should be a T4A. So I changed his citizen to CDN with the resident alien box checked and now have a T4A. But his citizen is really wrong now.
I think that for Canada if the resident alien box is checked a T4A should be produced regardless of the citizen. Our US student citizen`s who are non resident will not have the box will get a T4ANR
