It would be helpful to have a role that can be assigned to individuals which gives them access to course schedules (especially the school schedule for the semester) without giving them access to grades. It would also be helpful for this role to have access to the enrollment report to email those students currently enrolled in courses that semester.

Dee McOwen It would be more than helpful, it would assist us in staying compliant with FERPA. Grades should particularly have more security, i.e. limited to no access by roles.

Donna Harrington The role I need involves the student tab.
I need a Role that permits FULL editing the student information block on the student tab but no access to grades, etc. I currently have to give employees and graduate assistants the registrar role just to get everyday work accomplished. This is a huge compliance risk.
