When it is time to finalize grades, is there anyway the blank fields without an entered grade be highlighted in a color other than white so as to indicate to the instructor that this assignment has not received a grade? Another option would be to have an automatic data fill with a zero. When there are hundreds of students and several assignments it takes hours to locate little blank boxes and then fill it in with zeroes to ensure a student does not get an accidental excused assignment.
