Allow Academic Admins to grade test questions

Only teachers can grade test questions using the directions presented here: https://support.populiweb.com/hc/en-us/articles/223797687 . It would be best for our purposes if academic admins and teaching assistants who are not listed as "faculty" per se could also grade in this way.

  @Ric - Teaching Assistants can already grade the same way as Faculty.

  @Ric - Only Faculty and Teaching Assistants can grade test questions.

  They could make themselves faculty then grade?

  @Ben - Yes, they could do that.
