In creating acceptance letters, it would be helpful to be able to merge the following fields into a letter:
- {!RECIPIENT_ADDRESS!}
- {!DEGREE_NAME!}
- {!DEGREE_SPECIALIZATION!}
- Entry Term
- Data from the admissions "Provisional" field - we use this field for prerequisites that need to be met prior to entry and articulate these in the acceptance letter.
Having these fields would allow us to create an acceptance letter that includes this information without hand entering them into the letter just before printing:-)
