Please give us the capacity to format text and add hyperlinks to Letter templates and Admissions Inquiry response forms. Particularly bullets, bold, italics, underline, and hyperlinks.
In responding to admissions inquiries and application questions, I often want to refer people to a page on our website and have to put the entire link in!
For letter templates, I often want to include lists or highlight specific things ,but do not have the capacity.
