We often need to export the working emails of various tags. As an example, we have a list of 1000 emails, but only around 735 do not bounce. Several emails have a bounce report on them, which is excellent so I do not constantly get a report over and over again saying these emails have bounced.
If I do I 1 time mailing list, I am able to email the working email addresses.
When I try to export this list, it exports both the working emails, and the emails that have bounced, with no ability to distinguish between the working, and the non-working emails. As well, if I export the email addresses, I also get the emails that have the "no mailings" button pushed.
It would be great to export only the emails that are confirmed to work, as well as only the emails that we are able to email and do not have hte "no mailings" button clicked.
This also has a legal implication for us, as someone who requests to not be emailed by us has the "no mailings" button clicked on their email address. When we export this list it seems to export the "no mailings" emails as well. Since we do not know who has clicked the "no mailings" button, it renders the email list useless as we do not know who has allowed us to email them.
My suggestion would be to add an option to the export where the email addresses that bounce, or have the "no mailing" spot clicked, are flagged in some way. Another line in the excel sheet that states "no mailings" beside the various email addresses would be very helpful.
Both these features would be very helpful!
