In addition to students evaluating faculty, our faculty complete a 13 question evaluation, with comments, of each student in each class. The evaluations could be set up much like the course evaluations, but is it possible to attach them to student course records?
We use these evaluations to assess students at the mid-point of their program and later for writing recommendation letters from the school. Currently we are using a web-form interface with an Access database to store all of the data. It is very useful in assessment as well.
