A recipient of one of our electronic transcripts asked for the key to be included with the email. The key is the info on the back of a printed transcript. Is there any way to incorporate this into the electronic transcript feature or at least allow us to attach it as a pdf to the email? I looked at the settings and there didn't seem to be a way to do this, nor does the electronic transcript email allow you to add an attachment.

@Jennifer - Is the key pre-printed on your transcript paper?
I need one of these as well. Our transcript paper does not have anything pre-printed on the back-side.
Having the transcript key sent with the electronic transcripts would be helpful.
Coming back to this - our transcript key is pre-printed on our transcript paper.
What needs to happen to able to send the key in the email, at the same time as the transcript?
We are waiting to implement emailed transcripts until we know the key can go too.

After scratching my head for months, I have figured out how to add a transcript legend. Visit: https://ahulaw.populiweb.com/router/academicsettings/general and scroll down to "Transcript Footer." Here is the fun part.
