Export full country name in mailing lists

We send several mailings internationally each year and Canada Post requires the full country name on countries other than the United States and Canada.  Would it be possible to include the full country name in the export from the communications area?  From our perspective, a separate column from the abbreviated version would be preferred so that we could still use USA (which is acceptable to Canada Post) for our mailing list to the US
