Linking Organizations on Regular Application Form

Is there any way to link from the Regular Application Form to Organization information? I’ve input a list of our churches as Organizations on Populi and am in the process of linking our students to the church they came from. What I’d like to have happen on a go forward basis is for there to be a drop down menu on the application form where a student can select their home church so we don’t have to do that data entry. Can we request to have this please?
