It would be fantastic to have forms for different use. For example, it would be great to be able to have a form for scholarships, housing, student agreement forms (for some states this is a requirement and it would be fantastic to have that directly in Populi), or whatever other purpose a school would need.

We would love this feature for our scholarship agreements. "Joe Student is awarded $x for x credits" with an ability for the student to sign off on it. It would also be nice to have an interview form that we can complete internally to place in the application file.
We have the same need. We're actually looking at how to do this outside of Populi since it's not built in, but it would be great if it were built in!
Yes, we agree! We really want this feature as well, for a variety of forms (withdraw from course, withdraw/leave of absence requests, enrollment agreement forms that are required in certain states, incomplete agreement forms, etc). Basically any form that we currently require a signature for could be substituted with a form we could create in Populi. This would be a huge improvement for the staff and students, and would be keeping in line with FERPA (as I understand it) that any request that requires proper identification/signature according to FERPA guidelines, can be authenticated with an electronic system that requires a login, password, and is issued through the school. This capability would be a huge improvement for us!
This is definitely a desired feature. Allowing custom forms with the ability to merge fields from within Populi in the form would make life a lot easier. It would also be more secure than some of the third party forms we are currently using.

We are hoping to at least have a housing application through Populi that wouldn't change their basic contact info in the same way an application for enrollment into the school does.
Having a customizable scholarship form would be amazing!

Would love this feature too - for academic forms as well - Request for Leave of Absence, Drop request after standard drop period, etc.
We'd definitely like to see a space for in-house forms in Populi, which would hopefully eliminate the need for students emailing paper forms. It be great if these submitted forms land on the dashboard of the appropriate person/role, so they could be addressed directly and if they could remain on the dashboard until being resolved. We'd like to see the ability to create a variety of forms and assign fees where necessary.
