Limited text box for Left Column of Students' page

We use the customized tags to identified FERPA permissions.  This requires the creation of a tag for each student and then a deletion of those tags after it changes or the student leaves (to prevent an unmanageable number of tags).  We do not search by that tag, we simply need information to stay visible regardless of what page of the students' account you happen to be on.  A simply limited text box would be sufficient.  A text box of 75-100 characters would be sufficient.  There is just information that you want all faculty and staff that are viewing the account to be able to see without a search.
