Returning Applicants Quick Link

Many of our applicants return to our website to access their applications. Is there a quick link/login box (that only has basic info like name and email address) that applicants can fill out to access their applications quickly rather than filling out the whole form again.

  Hey, Jason. Each individual student application has a unique URL. Here are a couple ways students can find that URL:

  • When the student starts an application, they get an email with a link to that application. FWIW, we're planning a few changes to that email to make the link and its utility more obvious.
  • When viewing an application, you'll see an action link that lets you Resend Application Link Email. This lets any admissions user send that URL to the student.

  You could mention that initial email on your website—tell applicants to look for an email from your school that was sent right after they started the application. And if they can't find it, perhaps have them contact y'all about resending the link.
