For Library: Enable RIS file export and/or "export citation" for references

Reference/citation management software like Zotero and Endnote are becoming more popular and well-known, since they help reduce the tedious work of formatting citations. Many college library websites offer the option to export a .ris file that links into Zotero and Endnote. It would be nice if our students and faculty could export .ris files when browsing resources in the Populi Library module. "An export citation" feature, in which the formatted citation could be copied and pasted to another application, would be great too.
