Tracking student progress by assignment/activity

Really appreciate the ability to see progress on the lesson tab and through reporting.  Would like it to go one step further and identify the specific assignment that was completed.  For example, under reporting we can see an individual student and the amount of time spent on each type of activity within a time period.  It would be helpful to be able to click on that time and see a list of activities ("Video Lesson #2," or "Discussion Forum 3", etc.).  Same idea on the Lessons - Student Progress tab.  This helps the instructor guide students who are not spending adequate time on activities (i.e. clicking on a video momentarily to get the "required" check but not really watching it).
