drop down box on Pay My Balance Link

We would like a drop down box (like the one already on the payments tab in the finance area) that would allow a third-party making a payment utilizing the Pay My Balance link sent to them by the student to identify the third-party's relationship to the student.  This would allow us to correctly attribute payments made through the link rather than assuming they are all made by the student.
