Please include user "login approval" reset in Academic Admin privileges/rights. This is a very important and practical request. We often need to deal with this issue because either the student has lost access to their phone, or because of number change.

I agree. This is an issue for us as well.
This is a growing issue as students seem to continually be changing or deleting their phone numbers. Having the option to edit the student's verified text number through the Admin login would be extremely helpful.
@Mike - Just FYI, it's possible to disable the feature for students if you're finding you're having too many issues.
It's unlikely that we'll expand the reset abilities to Academic Admins as that would vastly increase the number of accounts that, if compromised, could be used to hijack other secured accounts.
We also aren't able to allow you to edit verified text numbers, as they need to be verified by their owner in order for us to message them.

@Refik - Your Populi Account Administrator(s) can disable the ability to utilize login approvals by role on the Account > Account Settings > Security page.
