Ability to Set 2 absences=red, 1 absence=yellow and 0 absences = green in Advising Settings

Federal aid rules require that we have to drop students after 2 weeks of inactivity online. Because of this, we have to track attendance online weekly based on whether someone submitted a gradable assignment each week. The way your system is designed right now means that we will be dropping students that are technically in "yellow" in your advising system, which kind of defeats the purpose.

We are trying to use advising flag thresholds, but it does not let me configure them as I would like (see attached screenshots on my support request at: https://support.populiweb.com/hc/en-us/requests/51198?page=1).

We need to be able to set your advising thresholds at 2 absences=red, 1 absence=yellow and 0 absences = green. Some fairly basic if-then logic should be able to address this.

The basic problem is that we are using attendance only once a week in 8 week courses to assess whether a student submitted assignments for that week. Federal aid requires that we drop students after 2 weeks of absence, so we need 2 to be the threshold as red (see first screenshot). If I set red to 2, then your logic does not allow me to set the other weeks.

Could you fix this? It is important for us to set 2 absences as red.

This is not an edge use case, as all of your online schools that receive federal funds need to conduct this type of monitoring. Otherwise the schools you support will have potentially millions of dollars of liability if they do not track this properly.
